"What a Lowdown with a Low Score."

 

A 90-year-old golfer Jose; played in a Christmas Tournament & had Handicap of 36.

This was to be his last game; creaking bones/ rheumatism/

failing eyesight was starting to hinder his game.

Jose enjoyed his round of Golf &

his highlight was 16 ONE Putts in the round.

He finished with Gross 108 & Net Score 72.

Brutus on Handicap of 12 recorded Gross 83 & Net Score 71 -

Winning the Championship by a stroke.

There were allegations though post game - Brutus had given his marker wrong scores / had infringements in bunkers &

multiple stroke agitation in the bushes.

Alas! It was all too late & scorecards had been signed + handed in etc.

A few days after this Golf Event - Jose passed away in his sleep on New Year's Day.

So who did win at Golf?

Therefore, we ALL should do the right thing when we play –

play fairly & you will win when it is due.Our misdemeanours in Golf; impact on our fellow mates & rob us of enjoyment + dampens the Spirit of Golf.
